The service was friendly, although the room was small; unfortunately, the receptionist was not as welcoming. The location was good, near the metro, but the strong echo between rooms due to marble flooring was a downside. The dining experience was not up to par, with limited options and a preference for Indian dishes over continental cuisine. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, with no standout features.
